		<description>Yum...I love lefse!  I even managed to get someone who had never heard of it (despite 17 years in MN!) hooked on it when I made it at a culture fair back in high school!

I&#039;ve never touched lutefisk though, and from what I&#039;ve heard I&#039;m not sure I want to!</description>
