I went to high school in Holmen, just south of Blair. Lutefisk and Lefse were big there, too. Can’t say I was a fan, though.

Yum…I love lefse! I even managed to get someone who had never heard of it (despite 17 years in MN!) hooked on it when I made it at a culture fair back in high school!

I’ve never touched lutefisk though, and from what I’ve heard I’m not sure I want to!
